Crayon Lipstick!

I'm a fan of makeup and I love lipstick but a lot of them are really expensive and I usually can't afford them but I found a way to make a really cool alternative. Crayon Lipstick!

It's really easy to make and the materials for it aren't very expensive. I had fun making them even if this was only a test. I want to make a palette of different colours of lipstick but I just wanted to test it out. I got the idea from Promise Phan because she made a tutorial on how to do it. She said that I needed vaseline too but I didn't have any. I also looked around YouTube for other videos on how to do it and I saw on SofiaStyled's tutorial that she didn't use vaseline. So I decided to just use coconut oil and crayons.

The results weren't what I expected but I guess it was pretty okay for a first try. I did blue and a mix of red and purple. They were harder than I expected them to be and the texture was kind of grainy when I applied it. I figured the step I did wrong was adding the coconut oil. I forgot what SofiaStyled said about the coconut oil. For every piece of crayon, you have to add 1/4 tbsp of coconut oil but I only added one for for the whole crayon.

They were really fun to make and I hope that I can make them a bit better next time. I'm going to have buy more crayons because I only bought the box of eight pieces.

Pictures!
The results! I put them in my old contact lenses cases.

The application. I put both blue and the mixed red and purple. The blue can't really be seen in the picture though but it looks like my lips are dead. HAHAHAHAHA.
